LANGEAC, ROBERT DE (FR. DELAGE, PRIEST OF ST. SULPICE)
Living in God
Dublin, Clonmore and Reynolds. 1953. Soft Cover, 16mo - over 5¾" - 6¾" tall. A clean and unmarked copy with card covers which have old tape repairs to tears alongside spine and inner front flap, and age darkening to covers. Robert Langeac (1877-1947) is the nom-de-plume of Father Augustine Delage, priest of St. Sulpice, who was, for many years professor of Dogmatic Theology at the Grand Seminary of Limoges. One who has lived the experiences of the interior life describes it here with freshness and simplicity. The atmosphere of profound recollection and payer, coupled with an artless simplicity and spontaneity of expression, gives this little book a character of authenticity.
